Mada Ayu Habsari is the founder and CEO of PT. Enertec Enviromate Solusi, a company focusing on energy service, energy efficiency and renewable energy. She studied English Literature majoring in Public Relations at Diponegoro University (Undip), Semarang, Central Java. She started her career as front liner in Bank Mandiri in 2000 as Sales and Marketing for priority banking under Wealth and Management Department. She was awarded as number 1 sales person in Jakarta before appointed as customer retention in Bank Mandiri priority banking and received award for Customer Excellence for Priority Banking. Mada started her own business venture in 2012, founded PT. Sadean Energi Indonesia, an energy efficient service provider focusing on LED retrofit and creating Solar Home System (SEHEN) for Indonesia remote island. She had successfully grown the company with major client such as PLN, national energy company and major mobile providers. She founded PT. Enertec Enviromate Solusi in 2014 as she pursued her vision in renewable energy and energy efficiency. In 2016, Mada has been appointed as deputy for Solar and Wind Energy Compartment, Renewable Energy and Environment Department, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. Enertec has started as Energy Services Company, focusing on existing buildings and public facilities retrofitting for energy efficiency solutions. Enertec is also providing Renewable Energy solutions for the client in Solar PV, Hydro Power and Biomass. Enertec develops Solar PV hybrid with existing diesel power plant energy production as Independent Power Producers, supplying to PLN, mainly in remote island in Eastern Part of Indonesia, where the access to energy is still low. Enertec provides reliable, safe and clean energy without adverse impact to the environment. The company vision is to provide sustainable energy for the people with latest technology and reducing CO2 emission. |

Yuichiro Yoi is a Senior Investment Specialist at the Private Sector Operations Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) covering Indonesia infrastructure projects from the bank’s Manila Head Quarters. Mr. Yoi joined ADB in 2014, and he has been covering Indonesia infrastructure projects from the bank’s Manila Head Quarters since then. His recent work includes Muara Laboh geothermal IPP financing. Prior to ADB, Mr. Yoi worked at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) where he closed numerous IPP deals in the region including Gulf Nong Saeng (Thailand, gas-fired), Gulf U-Thai (Thailand, gas-fired), Sarulla (Indonesia, geothermal), and Rajamandala (Indonesia, hydro). Mr. Yoi has a Master of Business Administration from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK. |

Dagmar Zwebe is the Principal Program Manager of the GGGI Indonesia program. In this capacity Dagmar aims to ensure a timely, high quality delivery of GGGI’s commitments to the Government of Indonesia, GGGI’s donors and other stakeholders. Dagmar will work closely together with the team in Indonesia to support all stakeholders in achieving socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable and resource efficient green growth in Indonesia. This with a special focus on Energy, Special Economic Zones and Forestry and Land use. Prior to joining GGGI, Dagmar was as Renewable Energy Sector Leader managing the quality and development of the Renewable Energy portfolio of SNV Vietnam existing out of multiple projects in the field of small and medium scale biogas, cookstoves, gasifiers and a number of other mainly biomass related projects and consultancies. Furthermore, she has also served at the Team Leader for a multi country (Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam) ADB funded Climate Change Mitigation project focusing on gender inclusion in mitigation initiatives. Dagmar has an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, from the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and added an additional year to this course to obtain a number of specialties/certificates in International Management, Sustainable Development, Mechanical Engineering and “Education Design, Management and Media”. She is also in the process of finalizing a Masters at SOAS School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London on the topic of Poverty Reduction; Policy and Practice with a specialization in Development Management. |
