Ms. Yosiyana joined ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in 2014 and currently acts as the Project Manager for the ASEAN-German Energy Programme (AGEP), a joint cooperation programme with GIZ with the objective to improve regional cooperation in renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency & conservation (EE&C) in ASEAN.
Prior to her current position, she was the Acting Manager for the Renewable Energy Support Programme for ASEAN, another joint programme of ACE and GIZ. Her recent work includes study on levelised cost of electricity for RE technologies (LCOE) in ASEAN, ASEAN RE Policies, and RE Outlook in collaboration with IRENA.
Before joining ACE, Ms. Yosiyana worked with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on the climate change project in Indonesia where she contributed in developing the National and Regional Action Plan on GHG Emission Reduction (RAN-GRK).
She completed her Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (Indonesia), and Master degree in Environmental Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (Tainan, Taiwan).
Her interests are among others RE and EE&C, climate change, sustainable development and climate financing.

Horst Kruse brings in an extensive practical knowledge for almost 30 years about PV Solar together with a deep cross-cultural Asian experience. He gained during this period a broad experience about project development, design, engineering and implementation of on/off grid PV solar power systems in Asian countries. After living 5 years in Shanghai/China, he moved end of 2010 to Indonesia where he is now resident.
He worked as Director Sales for German companies such as Schott Solar (2002-2012), Angewandte Solarenergie (1993-2002) and Deutsche Aerospace - DASA (1987-1993). By beginning of 2016, he established his own business as Senior Consultant for Renewable Energies and offers a wide range of services for local and international clients with main focus to PV Solar, but also for Waste to Energy (WTE) and Bio-energy. Apart from his own activities, he works for Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory in Berlin as Senior Advisor SEA. Horst Kruse holds a Master’s Degree in “High Voltage Technology and Energy Transmission” of the “Technical University” of Braunschweig/Germany.

Sandra Winarsa is Green Energy Project Manager for Hivos Southeast Asia. Since 2012 she has been responsible in managing Hivos’ portfolio in sustainable energy and one of them is the multi-actors Iconic Island Initiative. The initiative aims to provide the population of the medium sized Indonesian island Sumba with 100% renewable energy as driving force of development, thereby demonstrating a replicable model for the country’s islands and the broader Pacific region. Recently, under the partnership cooperation with the Millenium Challenge Account-Indonesia, she is currently leading the project team in implementing off-grid solar business model aimed at remote villages in Sumba. Prior to Hivos, Ms Winarsa worked in several development sectors such as environment education, youth social-green entrepreneurship and climate change with the British Council Indonesia.

Now, Ronald is based in Hong Kong as Senior Risk Analyst for Green Tech Solutions at Munich Re, the largest reinsurer in the world. His aim is the mitigation of technology risks for suppliers and project developers of Green Technologies by long-term insurance. His main focus lies on back-stopping performance warranties to support and enable non-recourse project finance in the solar and energy storage industry.

Hilda Savitri has 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private equity and auditing firms. Prior to joining IIF, she was an Investment Director at TAEL Management (2007-2015), a regional fund manager managing a total fund of more than US$550 million from offshore institutional investors. Prior to that, she worked for UOB Asia Ltd from 2004 to 2007 with latest position as Associate Director, responsible for the structuring, execution and distribution of various merger and acquisition transactions, loan syndications, project financing, shares placement and other structured financing transactions for Indonesian clients. She had also worked for PT Danareksa (Persero) (1995 –1999 and 2001 –2002) and PT Nusantara Securities (2002 –2004) in investment banking division. She launched her career at the accounting firm, Siddharta Siddharta & Harsono (member of Coopers & Lybrand International) (1994-1995).

Geoffrey Tan is a Managing Director at Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and is OPIC’s Asia-Pacific regional representative based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Tan has worked in emerging markets infrastructure financing for over 19 years. Since joining OPIC in 2003, he has worked primarily on power, renewable energy, water, toll roads and port projects, but has also diversified into future flow and financial institutions transactions. These projects have been across Latin America, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been involved in innovative and groundbreaking deals requiring creative project and long term debt structuring solutions in unique and challenging environments.
Prior to OPIC Mr. Tan worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong focusing on project and structured finance, and for Emerging Markets Partnership in Singapore focusing on private equity infrastructure investments. His work with them in the Americas and Asia included experience in the power, oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, transportation, pulp & paper, and petrochemical sectors.
Mr. Tan is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Virginia, and also attended the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

Enertec has started as Energy Services Company, focusing on existing buildings and public facilities retrofitting for energy efficiency solutions. Mr. Yoi joined ADB in 2014, and he has been covering Indonesia infrastructure projects from the bank’s Manila Head Quarters since then. His recent work includes Muara Laboh geothermal IPP financing.
Prior to ADB, Mr. Yoi worked at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) where he closed numerous IPP deals in the region including Gulf Nong Saeng (Thailand, gas-fired), Gulf U-Thai (Thailand, gas-fired), Sarulla (Indonesia, geothermal), and Rajamandala (Indonesia, hydro).

Dagmar Zwebe is the Principal Program Manager of the GGGI Indonesia program. In this capacity Dagmar aims to ensure a timely, high quality delivery of GGGI’s commitments to the Government of Indonesia, GGGI’s donors and other stakeholders. Dagmar will work closely together with the team in Indonesia to support all stakeholders in achieving socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable and resource efficient green growth in Indonesia. This with a special focus on Energy, Special Economic Zones and Forestry and Land use.
Prior to joining GGGI, Dagmar was as Renewable Energy Sector Leader managing the quality and development of the Renewable Energy portfolio of SNV Vietnam existing out of multiple projects in the field of small and medium scale biogas, cookstoves, gasifiers and a number of other mainly biomass related projects and consultancies. Furthermore, she has also served at the Team Leader for a multi country (Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam) ADB funded Climate Change Mitigation project focusing on gender inclusion in mitigation initiatives.
Dagmar has an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, from the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and added an additional year to this course to obtain a number of specialties/certificates in International Management, Sustainable Development, Mechanical Engineering and “Education Design, Management and Media”. She is also in the process of finalizing a Masters at SOAS School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London on the topic of Poverty Reduction; Policy and Practice with a specialization in Development Management.
